Traffic Control

The brain trust in an Oklahoma City neighborhood association decided that they wanted to slow down traffic through their historic district, along with eliminating left turns at this paticular intersection. Their solution? Put an island in the middle of this major east-west street! This is the aftermath of one of the many "hits" that undoubtedly keeps nearby residents awake at night. Poor tree....
