A doctor has been arrested and charged with drunk driving after attempting to break into an liquor store in Massachusetts. Dr Joseph Grillo was caught on CCTV smashing through the glass front doors with his car. He then tried to lean in to steal some beer but gave up when he could not reach it. Dr Grillo was picked up by a nearby police officer who heard the crash and saw sparks flying from under Grillo's car caused by a cigarette display which had caught under his vehicle when he rammed the shop. The shop manager, John Wayland, said: "Word must be getting around about our large inventory and [people] are willing to break down our doors to obtain it." (Feburary 21, 2011)
