Violators of a noise ordinance in Fort Lupton, Colorado are subjected to listening to tunes from the likes of Barry Manilow and Barney. Municipal Judge Paul W. Sacco says it's a way to teach youngsters manners. If a song proves too popular, it's removed from the playlist. (November 25, 2008)
