The accident happened in Brandon, Florida, when the Ferrari - which has a starting price of up to $225,000 (£141,695) - collided with a Ford pickup truck. The truck ended up with its left front tire on the bonnet of the Ferrari, which had a mere 500 miles on the clock. It is unclear exactly how the accident happened, but the owner of the Ferrari has been named as Wes Moschetto, CEO of an online pathology laboratory. No one was hurt in the crash. (February 1, 2011)
