Payment NotificationCourtesy of WebjockeyBeen a while since I posted one of these things, but this one really got my attention. It accuses the recipient of "not fulfilling the obligations" and "dealing with some non-officials in the bank", yet you can right these wrongs by sending all your personal information that they require and using the (secret) "code of conduct" included at the end of the message. You'd think that these guys would at least be smart enough to pick a different country than Nigeria for their scam....
